Your Order Number, also referred to as a Registration Number, is an 8-digit or 10-digit number which can be found in the upper right of your Bill of Lading.
Military members are provided a GBL number via e-mail as soon as the shipment is entered into DPS. This number can also be found on your Bill of Lading that you are provided after your shipment loads.

Final shipment charges based on actual weight and services, will be those appearing in Atlas’ tariffs applicable to the transportation and may not be determined prior to the time of delivery and payment. The exact final charges will be determined after delivery is complete, and in the event that there is an overpayment on your account for services performed, a refund will be processed. Claim issues are separate from transportation service charges and are handled separately.
If you have a claim for an overcharge, that must be contested within 180 days of delivery. Any litigation must be filed within 18 months from delivery of your shipment.
If you have a claim for any loss, damage, injury or delay, that written claim must be received at our headquarters within nine months after delivery of your shipment, and any lawsuit must be filed with two years following denial of your claim.
